DUI Attorney Fees
The Vanover Law Firm with offices in Destin, Pensacola, and Panama City, charges a two tiered flat fee system of payments for defending your DUI charge. The flat fee covers the attorneys work to handle all of the DMV and criminal charges involved in your case including all of the traffic tickets you may have received in addition to your DUI ticket. This first fee of the two tiered fee covers the initial phase of defending the DMV and criminal portion of your DUI charge. The second fee of the two tiered system is only for the cost of an actual jury trial. Since not all DUI cases end in a jury trial we feel this is the fairest way of splitting up the cost. If there is no jury trial then that fee is never due. The Vanover Law Firm puts these fees in writing up front in a written contract. Full agreement and disclosure are the only way to go. This way you can be assured as to what the final costs of representation will end up being when charged with a DUI or DWI in Okaloosa, Escambia, Santa Rosa, Walton or Bay Counties.

HOW MUCH MONEY DOWN IS REQUIRED?
Around $500 in most cases. You can start the process with a down payment of around $500. Of course the more you put down the less the payments will be. We accept all major credit cards and will try to work within your budget. Remember that the most important thing in your case is the knowledge of understanding whats going to happen and why.
